SALARY – UP TO £45,000!

The role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Systems Specialist, where you will play a key role in enhancing product quality through the effective use of software and data analytics tools. This position involves collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality management teams to implement innovative software solutions that drive operational improvements. You will lead the integration and optimization of SAP systems, particularly within the Quality Management module, while leveraging business intelligence and analytics to predict and prevent quality issues. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs for users, managing system support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. In this dynamic aerospace environment, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and contribute to a cohesive Quality Assurance strategy, ultimately driving meaningful change and innovation within the organization.

What we want from you:

• Proven operational experience in product quality management.
• Background in aerospace or defence engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP QM and SAP HANA, as well as experience in SAP project and change management is advantageous, though not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated, demonstrating determination and persistence in achieving results.
