Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a Processor Systems Engineering Manager to join our team in Stevenage, England.

TRAVEL REQUIRED:Occasional travel

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• Manage and contribute to complex digital system engineering developments for on-board satellite communications missions,
• Ensure good planning, technical coherence and quality of the activities of an expert engineering team,
• Provide expert support during the preparation and testing of hardware-software, payload and spacecraft integration stages,
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure adequate planning of system development, integration and validation activities,
• Provide technical and team leadership.

ABOUT YOU – Your Skills

• Expertise in system engineering management and planning over the full product lifecycle,
• Experience in satellite digital communication systems and on-board digital processing technologies,
• Experience in validation of complex digital systems including hardware-software and RF-digital integration activities,
• Able to rapidly assimilate in-depth technical details about complex Airbus products,
• Communication and leadership skills to collaborate well within a multi-disciplinary engineering and commercial team environment.
