The Opportunity - Process Quality Engineer


We are currently seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join our client’s team at their state-of-the-art facility based in Tewkesbury on a permanent basis.


Our client design and manufacture complex mechanical products for global application in the aerospace and defence sectors.


As a PQE, you'll be tasked to support manufacturing processes on a daily basis which will includes improvement initiatives and contributing to APQP and PPAP.


You'll need to be able to adapt quickly to the role using your career developed experience.


Role Responsibilities – Process Quality Engineer


  • Manufacturing non conformances processing / progressing / facilitating
  • Supporting the manufacturing processes improvements
  • Contributing to manufacturing process development through PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Developing inspection plans
  • Facilitating Measurement System Analysis studies
  • Process Capability studies


Background - Process Quality Engineer


  • Quality background essential
  • Knowledge of APQP processes aerospace or automotive is essential
  • Experience in manufacturing environment
  • Experience in RCCA methodologies
