Process Operator – Immediate Start – Hereford
We are recruiting Process Operators on behalf of a global engineering leader specialising in high-performance alloys for aerospace, power generation, space exploration, and defence. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery, including CNC lathes, grinders, saws, drills, and handheld tools.
Setting up and adjusting equipment to ensure accurate production in line with engineering specifications.
Reading and interpreting work instructions, engineering drawings, and technical diagrams.
Using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, vernier callipers, gauges, and rulers to check tolerances.
Carrying out in-process quality checks and adjusting settings to maintain accuracy.
Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
Completing production documentation and following strict quality and safety procedures.
Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised in line with health & safety standards.
Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules.What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Process Operator or in CNC/machining (essential).
Ability to set, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment.
Good communication skills and basic numeracy.
Willingness to work a 3-shift rotation (6–2 / 2–10 / 10–6).
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.
