Are you a high-performing Process Leader to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering and quality standards, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive performance across key operational metrics. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team development.

Job Description

You will lead with a safety-first mindset, ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies. Maintain a world-class safe working environment in all operational areas.
Ensure that quality is upheld and enforce the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure all employees are trained to required standards and champion continuous quality improvements.
Develop, build and sustain a high-performing team culture aligned with company values. Inspire and recognise individuals and teams through visible leadership and engagement.
Manage operational costs within budget through efficient resource allocation and maximised labour productivity.
Achieve on-time, in-full delivery targets by meeting planned lead-times and optimising workflow processes.
Conduct open and honest performance evaluations. Support individual development through coaching, closing performance gaps, and unlocking team potential.
Mentor your team and develop them to ensure they understand and meet SQCDP targets.Process Leader
Experience/ Qualification

Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing or engineering environments - ideally aerospace/ heavy industry 
Strong understanding of quality systems and continuous improvement methods
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
Proven ability to drive cultural change and motivate teams
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced setting
Applicants must be eligible to obtain ITAR and/or SC clearance; only candidates who meet these requirements will be considered
