New Principal RF Design Engineer - Satellite Communications job available near Watford, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)



  • £80,000 - £100,000 + Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office), Pension, Private Medical
  • State of the art office with links to London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Surrey
  • Exciting product development opportunities in satellite communications, aerospace, and opto-electronic technology.
  • Visa Sponsorship and relocation assistance available if required.


As a Principal RF Design Engineer, you will design and develop L-band to Ku band RF electronic products and systems. Your responsibilities will include design, development, testing, and implementation. If you have experience in Radio Frequency electronic design and are looking for a challenging role to elevate your skills and advance your career, this opportunity is ideal.



  • Technical background in RF and/or Microwave Engineering, ideally with L-band to Ku-band exposure.
  • Experience with RF Systems Engineering.
  • Academic background in Electronics, RF, Wireless Communications, Microwave Engineering, or similar.
  • Ability to work on full product life-cycle development (design and test from concept to production).
  • Exposure to RF test and measurement equipment.
