Are you the right person for the job?

• You will have hands-on mechanical engineering experience and be happy to apply this to working with a number of different materials such as steel, aluminium, model board, plywood and other sheet materials as well as timber and GRP (fibreglass)
• Experience in Model Making/Building, Carpentry/Joinery would also be considered and on-site training in any skills not already obtained would be offered
• You will have experience and competence working with wood and metal working machines and hand tools
• You will have a good understanding of engineering practices such as reading engineering drawings, understanding dimensions, working to tight tolerances and high-quality finishes with health and safety always in mind
