Parts Supervisor Required in Eastbourne, East Sussex

Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30 Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)

We are working with a well-established Main Dealer in the Eastbourne area, now looking to recruit an experienced Parts Supervisor or Parts Manager to lead their busy Parts Department.

This is a great opportunity to join a stable group offering long-term development, full manufacturer training, and a supportive working environment.

What’s in it for you as a Parts Supervisor?Basic salary of £30,000On-target earnings up to £34,000Manufacturer and systems training providedStructured progression opportunities within the groupSupportive management team and modern dealership environmentDuties of the Parts Supervisor / Manager include:
Oversee the daily running of the Parts DepartmentLiaise with workshop and service teams to supply parts accurately and on timeManage stock control, orders, and returnsMaintain excellent supplier relationshipsEnsure departmental targets are metSupport and coach junior members of the teamEnsure the department runs efficiently and profitablyWhat our client is looking for:
