Panel Beater Vacancy - Hinckley Main Dealer

Salary: £35,000 – £37,000 basic + £600 monthly bonus Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (42.5 hours per week) Overtime: Available on weekends, paid at time and a half Location: Hinckley Training & Benefits: Main Dealer Accreditations & Incentives

Our client is a well regarded main dealership based within Hinckley.

They're currently looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join their busy Bodyshop.

Due to a high volume of work, they are expanding their team to help maintain efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels using appropriate repair methods, tools, and equipment in line with manufacturer standards.Remove and replace damaged body panels, including welding and structural repairs where necessary.Carry out filler work to a high standard, ensuring smooth surfaces ready for paint application.Realign body components to restore factory finish and ensure correct vehicle geometry.Work on a variety of vehicles, including newer electric and hybrid models, keeping pace with modern repair techniques.Requirements:Time-served Panel Beater – qualifications are a bonus but not essentialExperience in welding and filler workA team player with a strong work ethicEV experience is a plus but not requiredThis is a great opportunity to join a busy, well-equipped workshop with a solid reputation and long-term stability.
