Administrator – Technical Coordinator (Business Support)
Client: BAE Systems
Location:Barrow-in-Furness (Hybrid Working)
Duration:6 months
Rate:£16.50 PAYE per hour
Temp-to-Perm Opportunities:Depending on business needs and candidate performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle specialised administrative tasks within the department.
  • Process documents, analyse data, and create reports.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and company IT systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads independently.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Good general education.
  • Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent is a plus.
