We’re recruiting Operators on behalf of a leading aerospace engineering company that specialises in high-precision surface finishing of critical components for global aircraft manufacturers. Due to continued growth, we’re offering the right candidate the opportunity to train and develop into a fully skilled Metal Polisher – a vital role ensuring the safety and performance of parts flying across the globe.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working with experienced professionals to learn the art and science of metal polishing

  • Operating specialist tools and machinery to prepare, finish, and perfect aerospace components

  • Following strict quality and safety standards to ensure flawless surface finishes

  • Reading technical instructions and working closely with production and quality teams

  • Previous experience as an operator or machinist in a manufacturing, production, or hands-on environment
