Opening 2024, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite.With stunning city and river views, signature Charlie Whinney pieces, and a convenient location in the heart of London, the hotel is an ideal launchpad to explore the city, with nearby attractions including Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Kings Road. The hotel will boast exquisite dining options, state-of-the-art events space and an indulgent spa with relaxation lounges, nail salon, spa rooms and indoor pool. 

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Luggage Porter

Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.  Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival (e.g., car, taxi) to the front desk, and subsequently to their rooms. Assist with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures. Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.  Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.  Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests. 

About you 

A driver's license is required for this role, and previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
