We are looking for an exceptional National Account Executive to work alongside our Wholesale & Convenience NAM and play a pivotal role in growing these customers. This is a very exciting opportunity to be a part of a close-knit, industry leading team of highly motivated individuals. As the National Account Executive, you will work closely with the National Account Manager, providing key support to deliver account plans, manage day-to-day operations, and maximize revenue opportunities. How you will contribute

Building Effective Relationships with Customers:

Build rapport with Parfetts to ensure you can effectively execute the 2026 plan ensuring promotions are run at correct time, activations are agreed and executed best in class and stock is always available in depots working closely with Parfetts supply teams, depot managers & internal supply chain. Build relationships across all depots to ensure we execute best in class activations, merchandised on fixture and stock is available for retailers. Build relationships cross-functionally with Mondelez field sales team in Northern Ireland.

Transforming insight into action:

Promotional analysis and recommendations. Updating weekly Epos performance data and sharing the analysis and insight with both the NAM and the wider W&C team.

Planning and Executional Excellence:

Create a JBP and ensure it is implemented with excellence. Support NAM with best-in-class execution that has been agreed with accounts. Be creative and plan with depots locally additional execution to drive incremental sales.

Best in Class Customer Leadership:

Through Selling and Influencing, Negotiating and Joint Business Planning. Can sell and negotiate effectively to deliver solutions and results that work for both parties. Able to translate customer needs and broader trends to identify growth opportunities and build aligned solutions for mutual benefit.

What you will bring

Preferable account executive experience within an FMCG company. An organised, systematic approach with a keen eye for detail. The ability to effectively prioritise and keep on top of daily tasks. Be able to work both independently and under guidance. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, organised and flexible Collaborative, enabling meaningful working relationships with the team Willingness to learn and develop
