Health Benefits PackageWe're excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company based in Sutton Coldfield. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid maintenance background in manufacturing, looking to advance their career within a niche industry. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach and a passion for continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic issues
Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs
Collaborate with production teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs in the CMM system
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards
Follow maintenance policies and procedures
Perform regular quality checks on equipment
Respond quickly and effectively to emergency breakdowns
Assist with departmental and company-wide projects as requiredEssential Skills and Qualifications:

Background in manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, FMCG or similar industries)
Electrical or mechanical qualification (preferred)
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic systems
Ability to interpret simple technical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
