Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing team of young professionals, dedicated to providing excellent financial consultancy services. Our diverse team includes backgrounds ranging from policing to theatrical training, enabling a well-rounded approach to our work. We offer the flexibility to operate both in-office and remotely, thanks to our advanced technological infrastructure.

Basic Salary £30k - £35k Plus Genuine OTE of £75k - £90k

Mon – Fri 09:00am – 05:30pm (No Weekends)

Regular High Quality and High Converting Leads Provided

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and have a mature understanding of the mortgage market. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with a decorated East London / West Essex Estate Agent who are currently generating 70+ qualified mortgage leads pcm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on mortgage and protection products.

  • Build and maintain a client portfolio through business and personal connections.

  • Confidently manage related sales, focusing primarily on personal & business protection.

  • Work in tandem with a prestigious regional Estate Agent ensure a seamless sales process from registration through to completion.

    Key Requirements:

  • Full CeMAP / Cii Qualification (or equivalent)

  • A minimum of 12 months advice experience

  • Proven track record in mortgage & protection sales

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

  • Ability to work from a satellite site with remote administrative support

  • Excellent credit conduct with no lender exclusions or regulatory breaches

  • Ability to meet KPIs

    Ideal Experience:

  • Previous experience working within an Estate Agency setting (However not essential)

  • Experience working remotely
