We are looking for someone to join our Mission Control Crew (our name for Reception).

Purpose of the role

As a Mission Control Crew Member, you'll be the first and last smile our guests see - creating warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and fond farewells. You'll work at Mission Control to deliver friendly, efficient, and memorable guest experiences around the clock. The role of Mission Control Crew at YOTEL involves ongoing development and engaging shifts! You will interact with our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and that everything in the hotel functions safely and properly – making you very important to us!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in guests using YOTEL's systems and procedures.
  • Provide information about YOTEL services, facilities, and the local area.
  • Handle guest queries, requests, or issues with care and creativity.
  • Manage check-out processes, billing, and payments.
  • Monitor security and health and safety standards at the front desk.
  • Support the wider team with luggage assistance and replenishments.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest issues are resolved quickly.
  • Champion YOTEL's brand values and deliver service that feels personal and efficient.

What we're looking for

  • Previous Customer Service or Front Desk experience - Hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Confidence, curiosity, and energy.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
