Location: Telford Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and targets) Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible, typically 7/8am – 4/5pm)

A well-established automotive repair business in Shrewsbury is seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their busy workshop team. The Role:

As an MET Technician, you will carry out mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:Performing mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs to manufacturer and company standards.Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently.Assisting with vehicle assessments and reworks where required.Collaborating with workshop colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment.About You:Proven experience as an MET Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible, reliable, and professional.Benefits:Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience and targets.Monday to Friday, flexible hours, typically 7/8am – 4/5pm.Supportive team environment.Opportunity to work in a professional and well-equipped workshop.Ongoing training and development opportunities.If you are an experienced MET Technician looking to advance your career in a respected workshop, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team in Telford.
