Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Contract: Part Time

Role Overview - Mechanical Fitter

Join our clients dynamic team as a Mechanical Fitter, where your expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems will drive innovation and quality in our clients Workshop Department. This role is a part time position and will require you work 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Fitter

Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components with accuracy
Perform functional tests, specializing in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Choose suitable materials and methods for repairs, following approved guidelines
Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend process enhancements
Track and report operational data and oversee tool calibration
Uphold strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards
Key Experience & Qualifications – Mechanical Fitter

Demonstrated experience with hydraulic systems
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and testing procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work solo or collaboratively
Background in regulated industries is a plus
Strong grasp of mechanical repair processes and material selection
