Job Title: Mechanical Assembler                   

Location: Titchfield                       

Job type: Contract 12months

Rate: £16.84-£17.39 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday- Thursday 07:30-16:15, Friday 07:30-11:30

 

Overtime available and paid at a premium.

 

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to play a key role in the assembly of high-precision mechanical systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assembling components to specification, ensuring the highest standards of quality, and maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations.

 

Mechanical Assembler Key responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to technical drawings, and work instructions.

Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet all relevant specifications.

Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to resolve any assembly-related issues.

Operate and maintain assembly tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and materials used.

 

The Mechanical Assembler should have the following skills and experience:

Skilled in Mechanical Assembly or fitting.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Confident in using a variety of hand tools.

Confident in reading technical drawings and instructions.

Worked within aerospace (not essential)
