    Are you a proactive and innovative Engineer looking for your next challenge? Our client, a renowned aerospace specialist with over 60 years of excellence, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their skilled team in Ramsgate.

    What you’ll be doing:
  • Developing and improving repair and overhaul processes for aircraft components
  • Supporting New Product Development (NPD) projects from evaluation to implementation
  • Reverse engineering assemblies and designing tooling solutions
  • Creating technical documentation and workshop procedures
  • Driving process improvements using industrial engineering methods
  • Supporting operational excellence and lean initiatives (Kaizen, GEMBA, 5S)
    What we’re looking for:
  • Degree/HNC/HND in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or similar
  • Strong technical drawing, CAD, and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of AS9100, CAA/EASA & FAA Part 145 / 21G standards
  • Effective communicator, organised, detail-focused, and project-savvy
  • Strong IT and MS Office skills
  • A team player with the ability to lead and support technical projects
