Permanent / Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Maternity Cover

Full time/part time: Full-Time / 37.50 hours per week

We are looking to appointment a HCPC registered Mammographer to join our service on a full-time basis at the Cromwell Hospital. You will also be flexible to work from our Basinghall Clinic (ad-hoc), and have a passion for delivering exceptional care during breast screening service.

We offer Primary Care Services, Health Clinics, inpatients Surgical and Medical, Adult AICU, Paediatrics, and Outpatient’s, Diagnostic services, health assessments clinics.

About the Basinghall Clinic

Cromwell Hospitals' satellite site.

The clinical services are led by highly specialist and experienced Consultant Surgeons and Physicians to include; Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal, Breast services, Urology, Cardiology, Gynaecology, Head & Neck services, Radiology and MRI, amongst others.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

As a Mammographer you'll work closely with the Clinic Manager and Superintendent to maintain an enhance the Breast imaging service for both male and female customers.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for undertaking all imaging procedures on male and female Health Assessment clients and diagnostic patients in accordance with Bupa protocols.

Running a mammography clinic autonomously

Quality assurance of tests conducted

General administration surrounding radiography duties

Confidential data collection

You shall work as part of a multi-disciplinary team - showing flexibility of shared tasks to ensure that we provide the best quality service and establishing good working relationships.

What you’ll Bring:

Certificate in mammography ( essential)

HCPC REGISTERED ( essential)

Demonstrable experience in mammography ( essential)

Digital mammography experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
