Our client, an established Electromechanical service provider is currently seeking a Machine Shop Supervisor to lead and support machinists to ensure efficient, high-quality work. Assign tasks, monitor progress, enforce policies, and provide training.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise machinists to meet production goals.
  
  
• Plan workflows and manage resources effectively.
  
  
• Oversee team performance, discipline, and training.
  
  
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment.
  
  
• Address production challenges and liaise with management.
  
  
• Conduct factory maintenance and ensure equipment readiness.
  
  
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
  
  
• Be available for call-outs or overtime.
  
  Skills & Experience
  
  
• Production/manufacturing experience (e.g., aerospace, automotive).
  
  
• Supervisory experience in a machine shop.
  
  
• Knowledge of machine tools, assembly, and materials.
  
  
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  
  
• Excellent communication and time management.
