Property valuations
Listings
Client engagement to understand their property needs and to provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process
Market Analysis
Property Listings, taking photographs and writing of description
Viewings
Al administrative duties
Qualifications & Requirements - Lister/Valuer  

Excellent verbal and communication skills
Estate Agent experience essential
Fantastic negotiation skills
Attention to detail
Motivated, determined and hard working
Passionate, caring and professional
Good IT Skills

Commission ote £10k
