Join us in supporting ourOperations Teamby processing work packages and ensuringtimely, efficient maintenance planningfor aircraft and engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processcustomer work packagesand integrate them into ourcompany systemfor maintenance use.
  • Ensure all relevantmaintenance data, drawings, and documents are attached to the work package.
  • Collaborate withPART-145 Production Planningto identify key milestones, including parts and tooling requirements.
  • Liaise with resource teamsto ensure adequate manpower for workload completion.
  • Manage third-party requirements such asNDT,aircraft reweighs, andexterior cleaning.
  • Identify and schedulesafety-critical tasks, includingCDCCLandEWISinspections.
  • Perform a fullauditof completed paperwork and return packages to customers withinSLA guidelines.
  • Support Line/Base Check Managersduring maintenance inputs and attend daily operational meetings.
  • ChairPre-Input meetingsforLight Base Maintenanceprojects.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonal skills.
  • Strongorganizational skillsand attention to detail.
  • Proficiency withMicrosoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.

Education & Experience:

  • 3+ yearsof experience in theAerospace sector.
  • Experience inPART-145andPART-MPlanning environments is preferred.
  • Understanding ofaircraft maintenance regulatory requirements.
