This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in Consulting as anIntern in our Life Sciences team! We will be hosting placements with startdates in Summer 2026. Please note, this opportunity is targeted at penultimateyear university students only. If you are graduating a different year, we will not be progressing with your application on this occasion.

Whatyou bring:

We are looking for internship candidates who areinterested in learning more about a career in commercial strategy consultingwith a specific focus on Life Sciences. To apply you will have:

  • A strong interest in Life Sciences
  • A strong academic background, including degree level study at 2:1 or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High percentile numerical, verbal and inductive reasoning skills
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and a belief that you can achieve the best results

We offer internships to candidates from a varietyof undergraduate subject backgrounds, though it is more common for LifeSciences interns to have a STEM or management subject background – what youbring with you enables you to thrive and helps us to continue to grow. Exposureto consulting within a student society is not required, but you will need toevidence your interest in commercial strategy and Life Sciences clearly in yourapplication. This opportunity is targeted at those starting out in their career, currently doing their undergraduate or masters degree.

Internships are the main route we use to recruitentry level Consultants to our London office, so if you perform well duringyour time as an intern there is the real opportunity to continue your careerwith us.

Internships within Life Sciences usually lastaround 12 weeks and are designed to expose individuals to working onclient projects. Interns can expect responsibility from the outset as a valuedmember of the project team. Throughout your time at Simon-Kucher, you willcontribute to analysis and results and can benefit from working alongsideexperienced Consultants, Directors and Partners.
