Where will you be working?

At M Group Water we help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.


This role will join BGEN - one of the UK's largest multidisciplinary design and build contractors with over 100 years of industry experience. We support clients in the water, power & energy, pharmaceutical, nuclear and food and beverage industries to deliver next generation, value-added engineering solutions.


What will you be doing?

You will lead a team of Telemetry Engineers delivering Scottish Water framework projects, setting the tone through visible, positive safety leadership.


You will plan resources, manage workloads, and work closely with Project Managers and H&S teams to ensure every task is carried out safely, competently, and to the highest standard.


You will guide technical decisions, support commissioning and site activities, and contribute to developing tools, standards, and continuous improvements.


You will oversee project delivery, maintain quality and compliance, support colleagues during absences, help shape proposals, and promote collaboration across the wider business.
