Join a global engineering innovator shaping the future of rail travel.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Sales Engineering Team Manager to lead and inspire a team of Project Sales Engineers, helping deliver best-in-class solutions across international rail projects. You’ll be the technical authority across the pre-sales and project lifecycle — ensuring exceptional project execution, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead a team of Project Sales Engineers through complex projects, acting as the go-to technical authority.

Own technical proposals and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal quality standards.

Drive project success from bid stage to post-delivery handover – you’ll shape, guide, and optimise project outcomes.

Collaborate closely with customers, global sales, engineering, RAMS, R&D, and aftersales teams to deliver high-quality, validated solutions.

Ensure continuous improvement and proactive process reviews.

Support product innovation, system improvements, and patent intelligence for competitive advantage.

Champion a culture of collaboration, leadership, and clear communication, while ensuring team performance, development, and health & safety.

What You Bring

Strong Project Management experience gained within manufacturing / engineering

MSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

Experience in the rail industry, aerospace, automotive, or similar.

Proven leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams.

Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and communication skills.

A commercial mindset with the ability to influence, guide, and build customer trust.
