About Us

HUMO, located in the heart of Mayfair, London, is a culinary destination that celebrates the art of wood-fired cooking. At the centre of our kitchen is a four-metre grill fuelled by different species of wood, where every dish forms a unique “relationship” with fire.


Our FIRE DINING concept blends culinary creativity with chef expertise, bringing together the freshest seasonal British produce with subtle Japanese influences. We embrace individuality and diversity, fostering an environment where our team can unleash their creativity while delivering outstanding service.


The Role

We’re looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our HUMO team full-time (30–35 hours per week). As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen.


Key Responsibilities




  • Washing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment




  • Maintaining clean and hygienic floors and work areas




  • Sanitising food preparation areas




  • Working cleanly and efficiently at all times




  • Following all health & safety regulations
