Position Responsibilities:To establish and cultivate strong trust with key clients in order to communicate the value of our services. To engage in client visits and cultivate both existing and potential customer relationships. To expand the company's market presence for current and upcoming products. To consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs & requirements. Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Manage and update customer databases or portals as required. Promote and market new products or value-added services. Communication with customer throughout the order fulfillment process. Expedite and trace customer orders. Communication with management and other employees to facilitate customer satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Plan and execute customer visits, be the face of the company. Attend Trade shows; continued prospecting for new customers & markets. Manage business travelling; optimize/plan customer visits based on geographical locations. Determine customer requirements & convey this regularly to main office and/or related internal shareholders. Follow up on quotes. Increase sales and profit.

Qualification And Competencies:

College degree preferred or one to two years of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience within Aerospace distribution is a pré. Proven experience as key account manager, and/or outside sales representative, and/or business development manager. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Ability to work as part of a team and on your own. Excellent organizational skills. A desire to succeed; be willing to go the extra mile – think “outside of the box”. Attention to detail; follow through on commitments made to customers. Continual improvement. Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Participates in meetings. Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information. Quality Management - Looks for ways to improve and promote quality. Quantity - Meets productivity standards; Completes work in timely manner; Strives to increase productivity. Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time. Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions. Computer Skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft 365 Outlook, and Internet Research Abilities.
