Junior Quality Engineer - Motorsport

You'll be working for all the F1 teams and some top motorsport companies as well, alongside businesses in other sectors such as aerospace, marine and defence. This is a company that is taking its market by storm and leading the way in their specific area.

The role will involve a lot of problem solving using quality techniques such as 8D and root cause analysis. Will be speaking with the technicians to ensure the correct quality standards are being met. You will be based out on the busy shop floor with this being a very hands on position.

You'll be also responsible for manual quality checking the products at the end of the manufacturing process to ensure the product is meeting requirements and ready to be sent out. Your inspection processes will mainly entail a pressure testing process and visual inspection but they also have some machined and fabricated parts which will require manual inspection with vernier gauges and micrometres.

You'll be working with some World famous brands, the majority of which are in the Motorsport industry however, they also supply products into the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries so as you can imagine quality is of the upmost importance. You'll be working in a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.

Relevant experience for this role would include previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment and in a quality focused position.
