Job Title: Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive

Hours of Work - Shift Rota to cover the showroom opening times - averaging 5 days a week

Position pays: £20,000 Basic with Uncapped earnings, plus Company Car 

Location: Newport NP19 4SW

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and successful sales team within our Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Newport. We are looking to recruit a determined and enthusiastic person with experience in a sales environment, someone who can demonstrate the benefits of our product whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Jaguar Land Rover Sales Executive you will be required to:

Sell the required number of vehicles as per your target while working with the dealerships robust sales processes and methods. Manage customer enquiries by use of an electronic diary system, ensuring every prospect is followed up effectively. Ensuring accurate data capture for future contact. Ensure that all customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories and extended warranties. Ensure all digital enquiries are responded to within the agreed time and utilising the digital selling tools available. Ensure that all customers are properly qualified in respect of methods of vehicle funding, and are referred to a member of the management team. Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a "customer focused" attitude.  Proactively seek and secure repeat and additional vehicle sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods. Update the dealership’s records with customer information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained. Accurately describe and appraise all part-exchange vehicles in order that the Sales Manager can clearly and easily provide the most accurate valuation. Assist the team in maintaining the highest standards for showroom and used vehicle displays.

The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. The key attributes that we would look for are:
