We're currently seeking an IT and SOP Assistant to join a well-established and quality-driven aerospace company based in Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a structured, highly regulated environment with strong career development potential.

đź”§ About the Role

As the IT and SOP Assistant, you'll play a vital part in supporting both the IT infrastructure and standard operating procedures across the business. You'll work closely with the IT and Systems Manager, gaining hands-on experience with system setup, cyber security monitoring, ERP data analysis (Epicor), and general IT troubleshooting.

đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities:

Set up and support devices, networks, and system access

Monitor and report on cyber security and system activity

Daily and monthly data analysis using Epicor ERP

Troubleshoot IT issues including PCs, printers, phones, etc.

Assist with SOP processes including sales order entry, dispatch, and stock control

Support continuous improvement initiatives

âś… What We're Looking For:

Solid IT support skills with a proactive approach

Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), all applicants must:
