Spot Quote Assistant
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Type: Full-time | Mon-Fri 9:00-17:00


Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Spot Quote Assistant to join our team and support our sales operations by delivering accurate, timely quotes and exceptional service to our clients.

What will you be doing?

• Respond promptly to customer quote requests using DSV’s preferred tools.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Maximise revenue opportunities from existing customers.
• Identify potential sales leads and coordinate with Business Development Managers.
• Promote DSV services including myDSV, Quote & Book, and Track & Trace.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide support across spot quote teams during absences.
• Handle general enquiries via phone and email.

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid administrative and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Good literacy, numeracy, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, customer-first attitude with attention to detail.
