Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter

Our client based within the Derbyshire area are currently after an Injection Moulding Setter to join the dynamic team. As an Injection Moulding Setter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Injection Moulding Setter to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities - Injection Moulding Setter

Set up and operate injection moulding machines (Engel and Demag) to meet production schedules
Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on moulding equipment
Support continuous improvement initiatives through the Kaizen System
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all tasks

Qualifications & Requirements - Injection Moulding Setter

Industry-recognised qualification in injection moulding or equivalent technical training (e.g., vocational certificates or apprenticeships from any country)
Experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance (desirable but not essential)
Ability to read technical drawings or manuals (training provided if needed)
Awareness of health, safety, and quality standards in manufacturing
Physical ability to handle components up to 10kg in line with HSE guidelines (reasonable adjustments considered)
