They’re seeking an Inflatables Fitter to join their skilled team, working on vital aircraft safety equipment such as emergency slides and life rafts. This is your opportunity to work on life-saving systems in a clean, well-equipped workshop with a collaborative team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble, test, and repair aircraft safety equipment (slides, rafts, sub-components)
  • Reassemble to exact specifications using CMMs/OHMs and OEM packing instructions
  • Follow detailed compliance procedures and documentation
  • Ensure top-tier workmanship while meeting safety and quality standards
    What we’re looking for:
  • GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
  • Previous engineering/workshop experience is desirable
  • Familiarity with compliance manuals and MRO procedures
  • Prior experience with aircraft safety equipment packing/repair is advantageous
  • Positive attitude, reliable team player with great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
