️ Import Entry & Customer Service Clerk – Aerospace & Defence
Location:Colnbrook | Driving essential
Hours:Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30 (1-hour lunch)

The Role:
You'll play a key part in the import operations team, handling customer enquiries, customs clearance, and transport arrangements. Duties include:
Answering phones and liaising directly with customersPlanning import routings & arranging airline collections/deliveriesCreating import customs entries (ASM/Gems/Sequoia)Preparing import-rated airwaybillsChecking correct use of CPCs and licencesPreparing quotations and occasional invoicingTariff classification and import licence checks
Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook Customs entry and classification experience (preferred) Ability to apply judgement and experience to solve issues ASM/GEMS/Sequoia system experience (beneficial, not essential)
