Job Description CUSTOMER LIAISON REPRESENTATIVE |PRESTON | START ASAP | 6-MONTH TEMP CONTRACT | £14.79 PAYE | 40HOURS PW Your new company You will be working for a Britishmultinational company specialising in aerospace, defence, andinformation security. Your New Role:As the Customer LiaisonRepresentative, you will be the face of the Link Facility, ensuringthat you provide outstanding service to all customers. Yourresponsibilities will include reviewing bookings via the Kioskbooking system, providing general knowledge of the servicesavailable, and offering feedback to the Team Leader. You will alsosupport supervisors and play a key role in delivering high-qualitycustomer service by meeting with customers, gaining feedback, andengaging in proactive dialogue. The role involves facilitatingbuilding visitors, managing seating plans, identifying defects,coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining high standardswithin the building. Key Activities Include but Are Not Limited to:- Meet and greet customers. - User registration. - Manage theBooking System: - Source availability of rooms/desks forcustomers/groups. - Book desks/rooms for customers/groups. -Respond to the Link shared email inbox. - Send out confirmationemails for all bookings. - Request attendees for bookings when notadded. - Manage no-show information on a daily basis. - Assist Linkusers with the Kiosk booking system (how to book). What you'll needto succeed To succeed, you will be an outgoing individual, with aplethora of customer service experience. You will demonstrate theability to contribute as a team member to achieve positive outcomesand provide quality service to customers.Also, you'll inhabitorganisational and time management skills, with the ability tomanage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. PLEASE NOTE -You will be required to go through a BPSS clearance process, whichincludes completing a DBS. This can take a couple of weeks. Whatyou'll get in return In return, you'll be working on a 6-monthtemporary contract with a very reputable organisation. You will beworking 40 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8am-4:30pm, with a30-minute unpaid lunch, and Friday 8am-2pm, with a 30-minute unpaidlunch. You will receive £14.79 per hour inclusive of holiday pay,to be paid every Friday. There is an opportunity for this role tobe extended past the 6-month contract, depending on the businessneeds and your performance.
