HSEQ Front Line Manager

Circa £35,000  

Our client are a market leader as an industrial services provider, they work with some of the worlds biggest companies and have an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion and experience across HSEQ to join their growing team.   

Responsibilities – HSEQ Front Line Manager

Continually promote Health and Safety to both internal and external customers.
Seek out opportunities for improvement whilst maintaining service levels.
Maintain and develop HSEQ measures with a view to exceeding customer expectations.
Drive and achieve key internal and customer KPIs with regards to safety and training
Ensure timely HSEQ performance updates are provided to the HSEQ manager using the appropriate tracking and data systems.
Set up audit schedules.
Monitor audit activities – reporting on and creating action plans.
Conduct frequent internal audits.
Create audit reports and action plans and follow up on all action plans.
Qualification/Experience – HSEQ Front Line Manager

NEBOSH National General Certificate or above
Working knowledge of current HSE Legislation
Previous supervisory experience.
Health and Safety processes and guidelines (Safety systems support)
45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management systems
Quality systems (ISO-9001)
Environmental systems (ISO 14001)
