The Role:
Here at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a HRIS Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities for the HRIS Manager role include but are not limited to:
·Leads the development and implementation of HR information strategy, anticipating complex issues, challenges and opportunities and ensuring integration with wider HR / business strategy
·Manages internal and external resource to meet HR systems development priorities, delivering to time, quality and budget constraints
·Develops policy and procedures for how the business stores, accesses, analyses and reports on its core people data, ensuring compliance with HR policy, wider data protection and confidentiality regulation, guidance and best practice
·Identifies requirements for HR information systems, frameworks and tools to meet business need. Specifies the design and manages development and implementation of system changes and enhancements to ensure best value from system functionality, excellent user experience and continuous process improvement
·Drives advances in technologies and architectures to increase the value delivered by technology and digital capabilities through improvements to the efficiency of HR systems, creation and maintenance of effective management information from that system
·Recommends and participates in activities related to the functional design, development and maintenance of the digital HR capabilities within the enterprise architecture
·Provides specialist advice on interpretation, access and use of people data, dashboards and systems, resolving complex or contentious queries and issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions
·Works with third party suppliers to develop existing and new functionality to meet internal customer requirements and to keep pace with any external regulation and guidance
·Explores and develops opportunities to streamline HR transactional process through digitisation or improved access to policy, process and guidance
·Delivers planned changes and enhancements within budget and to plan, with guidance from senior colleagues
·Communicates the actions needed to implement the HR digital strategy within the team; explains the relationship to broader Survitec mission, vision and values. Motivates people to commit to these actions and to doing extraordinary things to achieve business goals
·Uses Survitec formal development framework to identify the team's individual development needs. Plans and implements actions, including continuing professional development specified by professional or regulatory institutions, to build their professional capabilities. Provides informal training or coaching to others throughout the organisation in own area of expertise to enable others to improve performance and fulfil personal potential
·Specifies, develops and tests HR data collection procedures and tools within an area of HR practice to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements.
·Acts as subject matter expert for HR systems and information. Maintains external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
·Develops own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gains or maintains external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintains an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences and reading specialist media

About You:
Essential criteria:
·Educated to University / Post-graduate (Masters) degree level
·Experience in creating SOP’s and Training Guides
·It is essential that the post-holder has experience with managing Cornerstone.
·Managerial experience, planning and managing resources to deliver objectives
·Experience with E-Days would be advantageous
