Class 1 HGV Driver – Tonbridge & Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temp-to-Perm


Salary: £16.00 – £17.93 per hour (Minimum 8 hours per day)

Driver Hire Tonbridge is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (Cat C+E) HGV Drivers to work with clients in Tonbridge and the surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time hours, we have flexible roles to suit your schedule.

What We Offer:

Competitive pay: £16.00 – £17.93 per hour


Minimum 8 hours guaranteed per shift
Weekly pay every Friday
Monday to Friday work (no weekends required)
Temp-to-perm opportunities with trusted local companies
Career development: Gain HIAB, Moffett, or ADR certifications (higher pay rates available)

Your Responsibilities:

Start times between 06:00 – 08:00


Complete a variety of assignments: bulk deliveries, containers, trunking, and more
Maintain professional communication and safe driving standards

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Cat C+E licence, CPC card, and Digital Tachograph


Previous commercial driving experience
Ability to travel to depots in Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Paddock Wood and nearby areas
Full PPE and a working Sat Nav
