    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, specialist organisation with an outstanding industry reputation. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Ramsgate, our client provides high-quality services to global aerospace customers. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will lead EHS strategy across three UK sites, driving safety culture, compliance, and continuous improvement.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and ISO standards
  • Lead risk assessments and investigations across all locations
  • Deliver training and promote safety awareness initiatives
  • Maintain EHS records, reports, and improvement plans
  • Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
  • Support environmental initiatives and sustainability goals
  • Manage COSHH and health surveillance programmes
    What we’re looking for:
  • Proven EHS management experience
  • In-depth knowledge of UK HSE laws and ISO 45001/14001
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • NEBOSH diploma or equivalent (desirable)
