Reporting directly into the the board you will have a unique opportunity to shape theprocurement strategyas well as leading the teams to ensure that procurement, stores and facilities across the group meet with the company's supply chain commitments.

AsHead of Procurement you will:
• Lead and mentor theprocurement, stores, logistics and facilitiesteams to achieve optimal supplier performance, compliance and cost management
• Implement and maintainreplenishment systemsforstock
• Develop and implementstrategic direct and indirect sourcing plansaligned with the business’s objectives
• Build strong relationships withkey suppliersto ensurequality, reliability, and value
• Drivecontinuous improvementin procurement processes and systems, in line with the business’ sustainability goals
• Produce detailed and accurateprocurement reports
The idealHead of Procurementwill have:
•MCIPS qualification(or working towards) - advantageous but not essential
• Significant experience inprocurementwithin amanufacturing or engineering environment
• Strongleadership skillsand a track record of managinghigh-performing teams
• Excellentnegotiationandsupplier relationship managementcapabilities
• A strategic mindset and the ability toinfluenceat all levels of the business
