Group Sales Director

Salary:£100k to £120k, plus up to 12% management bonus and up to £15k leadership bonus

Location and Travel:Head Office in Oxfordshire with travel to Buckinghamshire, Birmingham, and North West Midlands. Meeting customers across the UK. Potentially one night away in UK per week and 2-3 days international travel per month.

The Role:As our Group Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be a key player on our Leadership Board, shaping and driving our sales and marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the Group Managing Director, your charismatic leadership will inspire a team of 30, including five direct reports, across multiple locations.
