Are you an Engineering or Chemical Graduate looking to join a leading international company who works with some of the biggest manufacturers around the world, looking to fully invest in a graduate to give full training into the industry and develop your skills, while allowing you to build a successful career with a constantly growing company?

On offer is the chance to join a well-established business who are willing to provide full training to a graduate to become a technical expert in the field in order to progress your career.

This company are a market leading manufacturer who works with a number of different industries and products, servicing industries such as aerospace. The company are heavily investing in the R&D sector and growing 20% year on year, so now is an exciting time to get on board and be a part of the team.

This role would suit an Engineering or Chemical Engineering graduate looking for a role where they can technically develop though on the job training and have a career with a group of likeminded and dedicated individuals in a niche industry sector. Candidates who have prior process engineering experience are also encouraged to apply.

The Role:

Implementing and improving engineering/manufacturing processes
SOP's for production activities and have a clear understanding of the content and consequences of interpretation of criteria
Continuous improvement methods for products and processes
AS9100 QA system and company QC criteria
The Person:

Accepting graduates or candidate with similar process/ manufacturing experience
Would suit Chemical Engineering graduates or other engineering degrees
