Responsibilities:

•  Receiving, checking and inspecting incoming goods from our suppliers and manufacturers in line with company operating procedures.
• Ensuring stock is accurately recorded and stored in the correct locations.
• Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Carry out other duties in support of stores activities when required.
• Always maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven experience in a Goods In role is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move stock safely.
• A proactive and reliable approach to work.
• An understanding of working to deadlines.
• Ability to work well as part of a small team within a large operation.
• Must be computer literate, previous experience of using a WMS would be desirable.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the site in West Horndon.
