JOB DESCRIPTION:

BULLISHER

organization is increasing the geographic diversity of where applications are run and where our data resides. This role may suit an individual who is a specialist in visualizing data related positions on earth's surface, spatial data, location data, and to perform various GIS operations projects. As we increase the geographic diversity where all our data resides in order to support our physical systems programs and to wave support for the company strategy.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

A proven record in asset integrity monitoring

Deep expertise in computing architecture and integrity of data

Hands-on general human mapping skills-set and organizational mapping best practices

Academic level training in large integration technologies that are helping human processing.

Extensive level experience in implementing integration between a business and the technology that supports it.

Executive level experience in data integration, data creation, spatial analysis, data modelling and operating practices unique to the organization.

The ability to enrich with dynamic data; e.g dynamic weather and dynamic demographics

Proficiency in the joint C2 reference architecture.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND MANAGEMENT:

Develop/build a global geo-coder covering territorial analysis capable of different sources from state’s aerials to knowing the locations for the variables.

Build a framework of repeatable solutions and playbooks, enabling efficient and predictable data pipelines for a nationwide model that predicts territorial disaster

Build a relationship table or a set of metadata pipelines that talks to the quality of the assign trusted

The ability to enrich with dynamic data; e.g dynamic weather and dynamic demographics e.g (provide insights related activities either predictive weather or real-time weather) against our assigned trusted

Power real-time dashboarding directly or feed data to our data centre for high-concurrency reporting.

Validate input addresses, match input to our assigned trusted

Build features from raw data

Robust level of data for mapping analysis, routing, geo-coding in a context data for better understanding people’s behaviour.

Generate geo-hash related data

Design and build digital maps of a whole host of demographics, products that describe population within a given area.

Analyze spatial data, location enabling strategies for data analytics.

Assign/Organize trusted

that is persistent to each location.

Convert location data with geographical data, by producing maps to organize external data layering over topographical maps.

Convert location data into rows and columns so that our traditional analytics engine can take advantage of the data mapping.

Organize data against a trusted location

Develop mapping applications and tools to provide a variety of attributes to demonstrate how we can enrich location data, between enabling data analytics for location data attributes.

Create boundaries that describe generally what would occur in a given location

Simplify data enrichment process for spatial patterns and relationships.

Create insights from data that is updated at regular and short time intervals e.g 2mins-5mins.

Create a demographics, risk analysis data by using a persistent location identifier

Enrich deep sets of data attributes to spatial functions processing

Validate and standardize global geo-coding, map visualisations to bring a variety of technologies that are cognitive to different functions.

Provide real-time data to downstream applications or power applications.

Run data pipelines that transform raw data into feature values

This position requires the ability to communicate and exchange information, utilize equipment necessary to perform the job, and move about the office.

This position will operate in the following areas of the organization regulatory engineering division

QUALIFICATION AND KEY SKILLS SETS REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in computer science, Geography, Data engineering.

10 yrs + Proficiency in custom GIS development experience

Extensive experience in software development lifecycle is essential

Data visualisation, digital and graphics design.

Proficiency in

SQL, C++

Extensive level experience with Data integration tools, physical modelings, writing codes to deploy data engineering pipelines.

Experience in geo database, geo database design and modelings

Experience integrating with

GIS

platforms e.g Geoserver, Carto.

Hands-on Experience with

GIS

technology

Proficiency in flatten shape files, compute

D2P

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is essential.

Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is essential.

Certified Authorization Professional (CAP)

It’s prerequisite to be certified one of the listed DoD 8570 Certifications.
