Are you an experienced and confident KS2 teacher looking for a rewarding full-time role from January? We’re delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a dedicated teacher to join their KS2 team on a long-term basis. For the right person, this role may lead to a permanent contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys taking full classroom responsibility and creating an engaging, well-structured learning environment. The school is looking for someone with strong behaviour management skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build warm, supportive relationships with pupils and colleagues alike.

You’ll be joining a friendly, inclusive school community that values teamwork, wellbeing, and professional development. Both the school and our team will provide full support to ensure you settle in and succeed in your new role.

The role includes:



  • Full-time KS2 teaching position starting January 2026


  • Full class responsibility, including planning, teaching, and assessment

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
