Role Overview

As a Fuel Fitter/Tester, you'll play a key role in the mechanical assembly and fuel system testing of precision-engineered aerospace components. You'll work independently after training and ensure all systems meet strict aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble aerospace components using mechanical fitting techniques

Conduct fuel system testing to meet aerospace quality benchmarks

Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering schematics

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Meet production targets and adhere to quality control procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or engineering

Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to shift work

Desirable Background

Experience in fuel testing, hydraulic systems, or aerospace assembly

Previous work in aviation, defence, or precision engineering sectors
