This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edgeFPGA architecturesand technologies, shaping solutions that make a real difference. Location:

Flexiblewithin theUK.
Hybrid working model based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement complex designs usingFPGA development toolssuch asVivado, Diamond, Radiant, Vitis, or Propel.

  • Design digital electronics using hardware development languages likeVHDLorSystem Verilog.

  • Architect and verify test benches usingVHDL, System Verilog, or C++, with advanced methodologies such asOSVVM/UVVMorUVM.

  • Simulate designs using tools likeSiemens ModelSimorQuestaSim.

  • Work with advanced communication and interface technologies, includingPCIe, Ethernet, Serial Comms, AXI4, and CameraLink.

  • Ensure compliance with process assurance standards, such asDO254, IEC 61508, ISO 26262, and OpenCPI.


Qualifications

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience withFPGA architectures, includingAMD/XilinxandLattice.

  • Proficiency with FPGA development tools and scripting languages likeTCL.

  • Deep understanding of verification methodologies and simulation tools.

  • Familiarity with interface technologies and standards, includingJESD204, SMPTE, and CameraLink.

  • Experience withalgorithm developmentand digital electronic design.

  • Knowledge of process assurance and cyber security standards.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Sole British citizenship

  • Eligible forSC Clearance.
