Job Description:

As an FP &A Analyst, you are primarily responsible for the planning cycle (forecast, budget, strategic plan), conducting integral analyses of the full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow and supporting closure and reporting activities. You are part of the Business Control team overseeing the production location. Additionally, you collaborate with the team to improve business processes and further professionalize the finance department. Your responsibilities and tasks include:

Assisting in achieving client's financial objectives by delivering analyses and recommendations. Contributing to long-term and annual planning processes to build financial models and provide insights into sales, profit, and cash flow forecasts Analyzing actuals against budget, forecast, and prior year figures, serving as the point of contact for Central Finance regarding these queries. Preparing various reports to present the analysis of financial results to stakeholders. Producing ad-hoc reports upon request. Identifying opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of forecasts and driving projects to implement changes.

Requirement:

A completed HBO or WO education in a financial direction. Approximately 2-3 years of relevant work experience in FP&A or as a Business Controller. Experience and knowledge of management information software such as Hyperion, Onestream, Qliksense, and IBM planning analytics. The ability to easily collaborate with other financial functions to gather, challenge, and summarize the main drivers of results and cash flow. Excellent analytical and financial skills and experience in management reporting. Excellent command of the Dutch (minimum B1 level) and English.
